Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original product packaging and include all accessories to ensure your return is eligible for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned tech, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
